Acupuncture and Chinese herbs are part of a comprehensive system of healing which originated in China over 3,000 yrs ago. It is the oldest continuously practiced medical system in the world. Pain or illness arises when our vital life force does not circulate freely. Acupuncture helps restore health and balance without the use of drugs or surgery.

When a person no longer engages in life in a way that makes them feel alive it effect the body, mind and spirit. By listening to the unique person with compassion and respect, Beth Ann helps each rediscover what makes them flourish. This leads to better health and an alleviation of symptoms.

She combines her training in Five Element acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine herbology with lifestyle coaching and bodywork. She treats a wide array of disorders, including anxiety and depression; infertility and menopausal symptoms; GI problems; arthritis, sports injuries and pain.
